The "10. Official WhatsApp Billing" report, available in the "Interactions and Chats" tab within the "Reports" section of wolkvox Manager (in the left side menu), allows you to obtain detailed information about the use of WhatsApp with the official connector.

This report includes the following key columns:

  • CONN_ID: Unique identification number of the chat.
  • SESSION_ID: Session identifier with the following format: ClientID.Operation.ConnectorID
  • DATE: Date and time of the interaction in year-month-day-hour format.
  • CUSTOMER_PHONE: Telephone number of the customer with whom the interaction was made.
  • TEMPLATE: Indicates whether or not a WhatsApp connector template was used.
  • DESTINY: Displays the destination of the message.
