The Turbo Dial service in wolkvox Manager optimizes dialing in campaigns by identifying and avoiding calls to numbers with a high probability of having a negative outcome. This analysis is based on the history of previous calls and allows to increase the dialing speed up to 15x. To evaluate its performance, it is important to know how many calls were categorized under each machine code.
Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
To obtain detailed statistics on the machine codes detected by Turbo Dial, you can generate the report "10. Turbo dial grouped by machine code", available in the "Campaigns" tab of the "Reports" section in wolkvox Manager. To access this section, go to the left side menu of the wolkvox Manager interface and select "Reports".
Columns in this report include:
- "RESULT": Indicates the machine code detected in the call, with possible values such as:
- "answer machine": Answered by a machine.
- "no answer": Unanswered.
- "failed": Call attempt failed.
- "answer": Answered.
- "congestion": Congested line.
- "abandon": Call abandoned.
- "busy": Busy line.
- "chanunavail": Channel not available for outgoing call.
- "RECORDS": Number of times the indicated machine code was detected.
To generate this report, select the specific campaign or use the “All” option to get a general analysis of all campaigns.
To use Turbo Dial in a campaign, follow these steps:
- Go to the "Campaigns" section in wolkvox Manager.
- Right-click on the desired campaign and select "Edit Campaign".
- Check the "Turbo Dial" box.
- Make sure to select the target country in the "AMD Settings" field, as keeping it at "default" will block the "Turbo Dial" option.
- Save changes by clicking "Edit campaign".
