You need to know how many calls have been answered by a machine in one or more campaigns, to evaluate the impact of answering machine recognition (AMD) on your campaign management.

This report is useful when you want to measure the effectiveness of automated dialing in your campaigns and understand how many attempts have been detected as answered by a machine. This can help you adjust strategies, improve dialing filters, and optimize the effective contact rate with real customers.
Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
The "6. Cumulative AMD" report, available in the "Campaigns" tab of the "Reports" section of wolkvox Manager, shows the number of times the system has identified that a call was answered by a machine (AMD).
Columns in this report include:
- "CAMPAIGN_ID": Campaign identification number.
- "TOTAL_AMD": Total number of calls detected as answered by a machine in each campaign.
To generate this report, select the specific campaign or use the “All” option to get a general analysis of all campaigns.
