Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
To find out the machine codes grouped by phone and result, you can generate the report "8. Machine codes grouped by phone and result", available in the "Campaigns" tab of the "Reports" section in wolkvox Manager. To access this section, go to the left side menu of the wolkvox Manager interface and select "Reports".
Columns in this report include:
- "TELEPHONE": Telephone number dialed.
- "TOTAL_MACHINE_RECOGNITIONS": Total number of times the call was answered by a machine.
- "NO_ANSWER": Number of attempts without response.
- "ANSWER_MACHINE": Number of times a machine (answering machine) answered the call.
- "BUSY": Number of times the line was busy.
- "CONGESTION": Number of attempts in which the line was congested.
- "FAILED": Number of dialing attempts that failed.
To generate this report, select the specific campaign or use the “All” option to get a general analysis of all campaigns.
