Introduction

wolkvox CRM allows you to revert unwanted changes made during a massive record upload in Wolkvox CRM without losing the new records created.

In the Wolkvox CRM environment, it is common to perform massive updates of records. However, occasionally, you may need to revert these changes to their previous values without affecting the new records added during the process. The "Massive Update Restoration" feature is designed to facilitate this process efficiently and without the need for complex technical intervention.

Restoration

Accessing Backups:

  • Access the left side menu of Wolkvox CRM.
  • Click on the configuration icon.
  • Go to the "General" tab.
  • Navigate to the “Module Backups” section.
  • Click the “Restore” button.

Selecting Module and Execution Time:

  • From the module list, select the module you want to restore.
  • If several massive uploads have been performed, the backups will be shown segmented by creation time and date. Choose the backup corresponding to the upload you want to revert.
  • Click the “Restore” button. A pop-up window will open where you can confirm the restoration request.

  • Restoration Confirmation:
    • Once the restoration is complete, the updated records will return to their previous values, while the new records created during the upload will remain intact.
