Wolkvox Manager stores all daily operational information and allows it to be downloaded at any time. However, to ensure good performance of the platform, it is important to follow certain recommendations.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

To perform information downloads efficiently, please keep the following in mind:

• Downloadable data includes audio files and reports from enabled channels (chats and interactions).
• Perform fractional downloads , avoiding selecting time ranges that are too wide.
• Manual mass downloading of audios is recommended during non-business hours: from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• While there is no software restriction for daytime downloads, these will depend on the capabilities of the equipment and the platform conditions at the time.

Note: Downloading audios during business hours is not a basic Wolkvox service.
