You need to revert unwanted changes made during a bulk record upload to Wolkvox CRM without losing the newly created records.

In the Wolkvox CRM environment, it's common to perform mass record updates. However, occasionally, you may need to revert these changes to their previous values without affecting any new records added during the process. The "Mass Update Restore" feature is designed to facilitate this process efficiently and without the need for complex technical intervention.


Answer (Solution / Recommendation)

Access to Backups:

  • Access the left side menu of Wolkvox CRM.
  • Click on the settings icon.
  • Go to the "General" tab.
  • Go to the “Module Backups” section.
  • Click the “Restore” button.



Select Module and Execution Time:

  • In the list of modules, select the module you want to restore.
  • If multiple bulk uploads have been performed, the backups will be displayed segmented by creation time and date. Choose the backup corresponding to the upload you want to revert.
  • Click the “Restore” button. A pop-up window will open where you can confirm the restore request.



Restoration Confirmation:

  • Once the restore is complete, the updated records will return to their previous values, while any new records created during the upload will remain intact.
