MailVox in wolkvox CRM allows you to manage emails, including composing, sending, and organizing the mailbox.
MailVox in Wolkvox CRM provides an intuitive interface for managing emails, allowing you to compose, send, and organize emails from a single platform. This functionality facilitates the administration and tracking of messages, improving communication efficiency.

Mailbox Management
- Accessing Different Folders: Use the options in the left panel to access different folders such as Archive, Inbox, Outbox, Drafts, Junk Email, Deleted Items, and Sent Items.
- Updating the Mailbox: Use the "Update" button to keep the mailbox current and ensure that all new emails are displayed correctly.
- Using Categories: Use categories for better organization and tracking of messages and events related to each email. Categories allow for better email organization and tracking.

Reply, Reply All, and Forward:
- Reply: Sends a response only to the sender of the received email. It is ideal for keeping a direct conversation without including other recipients.
- Reply All: Sends a response to all original recipients of the email, including the sender and any other contact who was copied. It is recommended to use this option when the shared information is relevant to everyone involved.
- Forward: Sends a copy of the received email to a new recipient who was not on the original list. This option is useful when you need to share the email content with someone additional who was not included in the initial communication.

Composing and Sending Emails
- Access Compose: Click the "Compose" button to start writing a new email message.

Email Fields:
- To: Specify the email addresses of the primary recipients. This field is related to the contacts module, so as you type characters, the system will list the email addresses it finds based on your input. You can also manually add email addresses without needing them to be related to the contacts module.
- CC: Here you can enter the email addresses that will receive a copy of the message.
- Subject: Specify the topic or subject of the message.
- Attach Files: Attach files if necessary. If you want to delete an attached file that you have already uploaded, you can do so using the “X” icon on the far right of the row where the file is listed.
- Message Composition: Use the text formatting tools, link insertion, images, and videos to compose the message. Once you finish filling out the recipient fields and composing the email message, click “Send Email.”
