To get a detailed analysis of the emails sent from your operation, use the "9. Email Detail" report available in the "CDR" tab within the "Reports" section of wolkvox Manager. This report offers specific information about each email sent, with the following key columns:

  • CHANNEL: Indicates the type of routing point through which the email was sent, whether from an email-type routing point (example: email-route-xxxxx) or a voice-type routing point (example: voice-route-xxxxx) or if it was sent from a campaign (example: campaign-xxxxx).
  • DATE: Displays the exact date the email was sent.
  • FROM: Indicates the sender's email.
  • TO: Indicates the recipient's email address.
  • SUBJECT: Displays the subject of the email.
  • BODY: Displays the body of the sent email.
