How to configure bulk action permissions for a profile in wolkvox CRM
Table of Contents
Introduction
wolkvox CRM allows you to control which users can perform bulk actions such as importing, duplicating, or deleting large quantities of records in wolkvox CRM, to prevent accidental errors and maintain database integrity.
The "Bulk" section in the wolkvox CRM profile settings allows administrators to grant or revoke permissions for actions that affect multiple records at once. These functionalities are powerful but also carry risks, so it is crucial to limit their use to users with the appropriate role. By configuring these permissions, a company can prevent data loss, maintain order in the CRM, and ensure that only authorized personnel can make large-scale changes.
