How to Request Help from the wolkvox CRM Support Team

Introduction
Our support portal is designed to provide wolkvox CRM customers with convenient access, transparent tracking, and efficient resolution of any issues they cannot resolve on their own. This guide details the process for obtaining a validation code required for the wolkvox support team to address your request.
Important: This process is only for operations that have contracted the wolkvox CRM service directly. If you contracted the services through a wolkvox partner, you must contact your partner first.
What is the process to get help from the support team and validate my request?
To request support, you must generate a validation code, or Support Ticket ID, which will be required by the wolkvox team when you contact them.
Generation of the Validation Code (Ticket ID)
- Access the CRM Configuration from the upper right panel.
- Go to the "General" tab.
- Select the "Support" tab.
- Fill out the ticket request form with your Name, Phone Number, and Email.
- Click "Generate ID".
- Once generated, the system will provide you with a code. This is the Ticket ID you must have on hand.
- Critical Note: This validation code is only valid for 4 hours. If you do not use it within that time, it will be deleted, and you will have to generate a new one.

Contacting the Support Team
Once you have your Ticket ID, the support team will contact you using the phone number or email you provided in the form.
Alternatively, you can call the support line corresponding to your country to accelerate the process. When you communicate, you must provide the generated Ticket ID to validate your request.
Recommendation: If your region is not on the list, use a line that guarantees the language most appropriate for your country or the general United States line for the English language.
