How to configure administration and configuration permissions in a wolkvox CRM profile
Table of Contents
Introduction
wolkvox CRM allows you to grant specific permissions to users so they can perform CRM administration and configuration tasks, such as managing modules, users, templates, or integrations, without giving them access to all administrator functions.
The "Administrator" tab in the wolkvox CRM profile settings allows users with the appropriate role to enable or disable access to different sections of the system configuration. This is crucial for securely delegating administrative responsibilities, such as allowing a supervisor to manage profiles without being able to modify the configuration of AI integrations. By granularizing these permissions, the platform's security is maintained, and it is ensured that each user only has the configuration tools required for their role.
