In wolkvox CRM, the ability to create satisfaction surveys to measure customer perception of the services provided by agents is now enabled. This new functionality incorporates a specific configuration interface to define the survey and a preview that allows validating how it will be displayed to the end user before saving it.

Surveys can be associated with any module in the system, which expands their use in various tracking, service, and management processes within the CRM. Additionally, each survey can be shared via a unique public URL, facilitating its integration into CRM templates or its publication via iframe in other environments.

The configuration allows building surveys with a flexible structure, including custom questions, selection fields, 1 to 5 star rating scales, and spaces for customer comments. As part of this implementation, surveys must have at least 3 questions, ensuring a sufficient basis for obtaining useful feedback on the user experience.

Once answered, the responses are stored for later consultation and can be downloaded to support analysis processes, report generation, and continuous service improvement.

In wolkvox CRM, the management of SMTP credentials within email configuration has been optimized, strengthening the protection of sensitive information associated with sending accounts. With this update, the configured password is no longer displayed visibly in the interface nor is it exposed again in system responses.

With this adjustment, when consulting or editing an SMTP configuration, users will be able to view other account data, such as server, name, or email, but the password will remain hidden. This means that the already configured key cannot be visually retrieved from the platform. If a change is required, it will be necessary to enter a new password to update the configuration.

This optimization responds to a more secure approach in credential management and aligns with best practices for data protection within the administrative environment of wolkvox CRM.
