Descubre cómo cargar tu lista de clientes en campañas predictivas o progresivas para optimizar tus estrategias de marketing en Colombia.
Table of Contents
Introduction
In wolkvox Manager, predictive or progressive campaigns require a list of records containing customer information to be managed, such as names, identification, phone numbers, and other relevant data.
These records are uploaded via a CSV file, which must follow a specific structure so that the platform can correctly interpret the data. To facilitate this process, wolkvox allows you to download a sample template directly from the campaign.
Below is a step-by-step explanation of how to prepare the CSV file and upload it correctly to a predictive or progressive campaign.
Record Upload Process
Access Campaign Administration
- In wolkvox Manager, go to the left sidebar menu. Click on the "Campaigns" section.
- Locate the predictive/progressive campaign where you want to upload the records. Right-click on the campaign.
- Select the "Admin Predictive" option. This will open the campaign administration window.

Download the Sample Template for the CSV File
Before uploading records, it is recommended to download the sample template to understand the correct file structure.
- Within the campaign administration, click the "Exportar lista" (Export List) button.
- In the export window, select the "Todo" (All) option.
- Click "Exportar" (Export).
Important: This process should be done when the campaign has no records loaded, to obtain only the file structure.
The system will automatically download a file that will open in Microsoft Excel, where you can see the necessary columns for uploading the records.

Prepare the File with the Records
In the downloaded file, you will find the columns that allow you to upload customer information.
You must fill in the rows with the data you want to upload to the campaign.
