How to Export, Back Up, Migrate, Transfer, and Reuse Campaign Records in wolkvox Manager

Introduction
In wolkvox Manager, campaigns (such as predictive campaigns) operate with a list of loaded records (customers) and a status for each record, visible in the Result column.
When you need to back up the campaign, reuse the same list in another campaign, or move those records for a new operational goal, you can export the list to a CSV file and then upload it to another campaign, preserving the data, including the contact result.
This practice is useful for:
- Saving a campaign before operational changes.
- Migrating records between campaigns.
- Reusing the same universe of contacts with a different approach (sales, collections, validation, etc.).
- Maintaining traceability of results (Result column) when loading the backup.
Configuration
Export the Campaign List (Record Backup)
In the Campaigns section, open the campaign you want to back up.
- Click on "Export list": In the campaign's top bar, locate the "Export list" button.
- A window called "Export" will open with two options:
- All: exports all records.
- Custom: allows exporting by date range (select start and end dates).
- Click "Export" and wait for the system to generate and download the file.

The exported CSV is automatically saved to the path: 'C:\ipdialbox'. You will have a CSV file with the campaign fields and the status of each record, including Result.

Upload the Backup to Another Campaign (Restore Records)
Open the campaign where you will upload the backed-up records.
- In the top bar, select the "Upload list" button. The file upload window will open.
- Click "Choose file."
- In the file explorer, locate the CSV (e.g., in C:\ipdialbox) and select it.
- Click the "Upload CSV file to the campaign" button.

Review the Upload Result
A confirmation window will appear, indicating:
- Loaded records (accepted records).
- Rejected records.
- Total records (total processed).
- It may also display validation messages, for example, if a phone number does not meet minimum conditions.

Refresh the List
Close the result window and click Refresh to update the list and view the already uploaded records.
Result: The records are available in the new campaign with all their data and retain the status of the "Result" column (when applicable), allowing continuity and traceability of the history.
