You need to send a specific call recording to the Quality Analyzer to perform a detailed quality analysis.

Context / Scenarios

The Quality Analyzer in wolkvox Manager allows you to evaluate call quality using predefined criteria. From Data Monitor, you can select specific calls to include in this process.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

  1. Access wolkvox Manager and go to the Data Monitor section .
  2. In the “Monitor” tab, perform a search using the necessary filters to find the desired call.
  3. Once the results are displayed, right-click on the call you want to send for quality analysis.
  4. Select the 'Send audio to QA' option .
  5. A pop-up window will appear. Confirm that you want to send the audio to QA by clicking the “OK” button.
  6. The selected call will be added to the Quality Analyzer analysis list.

Note: This feature allows you to select specific calls for manual analysis, complementing the automatic selection made by the system based on the Quality Analyzer configuration.
