How to export call recordings to different audio formats

You need to download call recordings from Data Monitor in wolkvox Manager and export them in different audio formats for analysis or storage.

Data Monitor allows you to manage call recordings and offers options to export them in formats compatible with different applications, such as GSM, WAV and MP3.
Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
- Enter wolkvox Manager and go to the 'Data Monitor' section .
- Perform a call search using the desired criteria.
- Once you have obtained the results, right-click on a call and select the 'Export audios' option .
- A new window will open with the following audio format options:
- GSM : Compressed audio format ideal for efficient storage.
- WAV : Uncompressed format with high sound quality.
- MP3 : Widely compatible compressed format.
- Select the desired audio format by checking the corresponding button.
- Click the ' Export' button to start the export process.
- Watch the progress percentage until it reaches 100%. Once complete, a new window will open in your browser.
- Download the 'TAR' compressed file containing the exported recordings.
- If you want to review previous exports, use the 'Last exports' table to view successful requests.
Note: If an error occurs during export, it may be due to high traffic. Please try again after a few minutes.
