AMD (Answer Machine Detection) technology automatically identifies whether a call is answered by a machine or a voicemail, saving time and resources. This is crucial for campaigns with high call volumes.
Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
- Select AMD configuration by country
- Enter the AMD configuration tab.
- Choose the desired country to apply a general setting, or select "default" if the required country is not found.
- Request a new AMD configuration for your country
- If your country does not appear in the options:
- Fill in the requested fields with the name of the country and the phone numbers that will be directed to the voicemail.
- Submit the request. The help desk: “mesadeayuda@wolkvox.com” will notify you once the new configuration has been created.
- If your country does not appear in the options:
