The "8. CDR TTS" report is located in the "Diagram Reports" tab of the "Reports" section of wolkvox Manager in the left-hand side menu. This report provides a detailed log of TTS service usage, including voice used, converted text, and the number of characters processed.
Columns in this report include:
- TTS_TEXT: Voice template used for text-to-speech conversion.
- RECOGNIZED_TEXT: Text that was converted to speech.
- CREDITS: Credits consumed by using the TTS (Text-to-Speech) component
- DATE: Date and time the conversion was performed.
- RP_ID: Identifier of the routing point where the TTS service was used in wolkvox Studio.
- CHARACTERS: Number of characters processed in the conversion.
- CONN_ID: Caller ID number.
