Introduction

wolkvox Storage is a comprehensive solution designed to meet the storage needs of operations without time restrictions. It allows you to centrally store recordings, multimedia files, and documents—whether related to your wolkvox operation or not.

Unlike traditional storage, where recordings are deleted after six months, wolkvox Storage lets you keep them indefinitely, ensuring security, traceability, and easy access to all your information.

How to Activate wolkvox Storage

To activate wolkvox Storage in your operation, follow these steps:

1. Open wolkvox Manager and click the Settings icon located in the upper-right corner.
2. In the configuration window, select the Integrations tab.
3. Go to the wolkvox Storage option.
4. Check the box Activate wolkvox Storage. When you do, the system will display a pop-up window to confirm activation.
   • Important: This warning message will appear twice. You must accept both to complete the activation.
5. Once confirmed, click Save.

wolkvox Storage Features

1. In addition to the main activation, you can enable two additional features from the same section:
   1. Automatic recording backup:
      • Automatically saves call recordings to wolkvox Storage.
   2. Automatic chat backup:
      • Allows storing chat conversations managed from wolkvox Manager.
2. File management from the wolkvox Storage portal:
   1. Once the service is activated, you can access the portal via the “Go to portal” link.
   2. There you can view, organize, and upload files in various formats:
      • jpg, jpeg, png, svg, mp3, wav, gsm, mp4, avi, pdf, csv, json
      • Max file size: 15 MB
      • Max upload size: 150 MB
3. The portal features a visual interface similar to a folder explorer, where you can create directories, upload documents, or review stored recordings.

Important Notes About wolkvox Storage

1. Every activation or deactivation of the service is automatically logged in the wolkvox Manager Audit Log, including:
   1. Date and time of the event
   2. Responsible user
   3. IP address
   4. Machine from which the action was performed
   5. This ensures full traceability of changes made to the service
2. Service deactivation:
   1. If you uncheck the “Activate wolkvox Storage” box and click Save, the system will display the following warning: “Are you sure you want to delete the storage? This action will erase all stored data and cannot be undone.”
   2. Keep in mind that confirming this action will permanently delete all information stored in wolkvox Storage.
