What to do if I can't see exported chat files after 24 hours?

You have exported data from Data Monitor in wolkvox Manager, but you cannot find or download the files after 24 hours.

Files exported from Data Monitor, such as audio recordings or results tables, are temporarily stored and available for download for a limited period of 24 hours. After this time, the files are deleted from the system.
Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
- Check if more than 24 hours have passed since you performed the export.
- If the export is recent, go to the 'Last exports' table (in the 'Monitor' tab) in Data Monitor to find the available export requests. To view the 'Last exports' table, right-click on the results table and select the 'Export Audios' option.
- If you can't find the file:
- Make sure you have used the same wolkvox Manager user as the one that was used to perform the export.
- Check the download folder of your default browser.
- Check the email associated with your wolkvox Manager account for the download link.
- If export is no longer available:
- Perform a new search in Data Monitor using the same filters.
- Re-export the data using the usual steps.
Note: Files are automatically deleted after 24 hours to optimize storage. It is important to download files as soon as they are available to avoid data loss.
