To copy an agent's extension number in wolkvox Manager, follow these steps:

1. Enter wolkvox Manager and in the left side menu select Agents & Skills > Agents.
2. Locate the agent whose extension number you want to copy. You can search for them by agent ID or name in the agent table.
3. In the Agent ID column, select and copy the corresponding number using the keyboard shortcut:
   1. Ctrl + C on Windows.
4. You can also right-click on the extension number and select the "Copy" option.
5. Paste the number where you need it using Ctrl + V (Windows).

💡 Note: If you don't see the Extension column, check that it is enabled in the agent table column settings.
