You need to copy an agent's password to share it with the user or use it in their access settings.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

To copy an agent's password in wolkvox Manager, follow these steps:

1. Access wolkvox Manager and in the left side menu select Agents & Skills > Agents.
2. Locate the agent in the table. You can search for the agent by name or Agent ID.
3. Right click on the agent and select the "Copy Password" option.
4. The password will be automatically copied to the clipboard.
5. Paste the password where you need it using Ctrl + V (Windows).

💡 Note: If the agent has forgotten their password and you do not have access to copy it, you can reset it from the "Edit agent information" option.
