How to change an agent's password?

Symptom / Need
You need to update or reset an agent's password so they can access the wolkvox Agent application.
Context / Scenarios
In the Agents tab, within the Agents & Skills section, agent type users are managed. It may be necessary to change the password in the following cases:
- The agent forgot his password and cannot log in to wolkvox Agent.
- A new password is required for security reasons.
- A new agent is being configured and its access key needs to be set.
Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
To change an agent's password in wolkvox Manager, follow these steps:
- Enter wolkvox Manager and in the left side menu select Agents & Skills > Agents.
- Locate the agent whose password you want to change in the agent table. You can use the search field by entering their agent ID or name.
- Right click on the agent and select the "Edit Agent Information" option.
- In the pop-up window, on the Basic Information tab, locate the Password field.
- Enter the new password in the field provided. To view it before saving, check the checkbox next to the field.
- Click "Save" to apply the changes.
💡 Note: The new password must be provided to the agent in order for them to log in to wolkvox Agent.
