Introduction

wolkvox CRM allows you to check the changes made to CRM records, including updates, deletions, or additions, to verify history or audit user actions.

This feature is useful when:

  • You want to know which user modified a specific field in a client record.
  • It is necessary to review accidental or intentional deletions.
  • You are auditing team behavior regarding the information stored in the CRM.
  • You are investigating when and which data was altered.

CRM Change Log

wolkvox CRM offers a feature called “Change Log,” which allows you to consult the detailed history of modifications made to the CRM data. To use it, follow these steps:

Accessing the Change Log

  1. Click the "Configuration" button in the left side menu.
  2. Go to the “General” tab.
  3. Select “CRM Change Log.”

Selecting the Date Range

  1. Use the calendar-type field to select a start date and an end date.
  2. You can select predefined date ranges such as “Last week,” “Last month,” “Last 3 months,” “Last 6 months,” or “Last year” to facilitate selection.

Searching and Downloading Files

  1. Ensure the date range is set.
  2. Click “Search” to update the records table and “Download” to download an “.xls” file with the data obtained based on the performed search.
  3. Use the “Search” field to filter by action or module if necessary.

Viewing Details

  • In the main table, each record contains a “>” sign that allows you to open that record for additional details.
  • Details include the registered action, the affected module, the user who performed the action, the date the event occurred, and the detail of the action.

Navigation and Page Configuration

  • Use the “<” and “>” buttons to navigate between pages of records.
  • Select the number of records per page (10, 20, 50, or 100) according to your needs.
