How to view and use the wolkvox CRM change log

Answer / Solution
Wolkvox CRM offers a feature called "Change Log," which allows you to view a detailed history of changes made to CRM data. To use it, follow these steps:
Access to the change log
- Click the "Settings" button in the left side menu.
- Go to the “General” tab.
- Select “CMR Change Log.”

Date range selection
- Use the calendar type field to select a start date and an end date.
- You can select predefined date ranges such as “Last Week,” “Last Month,” “Last 3 Months,” “Last 6 Months,” or “Last Year” to make your selection easier.

Search and download files
- Make sure you have set the date range.
- Click “Search” to update the table of records and “Download” to download an “.xls” file with the data obtained based on the search performed.
- Use the “Search” field to filter by action or module if necessary.

Viewing details
- In the main table, each record contains a “>” sign that allows you to open that record for additional details.
- Details include the logged action, the affected module, the user who performed the action, the date the event occurred, and the action details.

Navigation and page configuration
- Use the “<” and “>” buttons to navigate between pages of records.
- Select the number of records per page (10, 20, 50 or 100) according to your needs.
