Wolkvox Manager does not update automatically or experiences issues during the update.

Wolkvox Manager updates up to 3 times per month , approximately every 10 days , automatically and immediately. If the update does not occur, it may be due to restrictions in the user's system or network settings.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

To ensure successful update of Wolkvox Manager, please check the following:

• Firewall Permissions : Make sure all permissions listed in the Wolkvox technical requirements document have been granted.
• Operating System Firewall : Confirm that it is not blocking the Wolkvox Agent executable.
• Antivirus : Exclude the folder where the Wolkvox Agent.exe file is installed and check that it is not blocking it.
• Profile and browsing policies : Validates that the advisors have adequate permissions to update the Wolkvox Agent.
