Introduction

An administrator in wolkvox CRM has the ability to define what actions a user profile can perform within the different CRM modules (default, custom, and sections like Activities, Notes, Outbox, and Cases/Managements).

In wolkvox CRM, each profile has a set of permissions that determine its access level and the actions it can execute on the modules. These permissions are divided into tabs:

  • Basic: General permissions for each module.
  • Bulk: Permissions related to bulk actions.
  • Administrator: Advanced management and configuration options.
  • AgentBox Buttons: Accesses to buttons linked to wolkvox Agent (formerly called AgentBox).

The Basic tab is the most frequently used, as it allows defining the behavior of each profile regarding the available modules in the CRM.

Configuration

To configure a profile's basic permissions in wolkvox CRM:

  • In the side menu, click on the “Configuration” icon.
  • Select the “Users” tab and then the “Profiles” option.
  • Locate the profile you wish to edit (for example: Agent, Administrator, or Supervisor) and click on the pencil icon.

  1. In the profile configuration section, select the Basic tab.
  2. Locate the module for which you want to assign permissions and activate the corresponding checkboxes:
    • View: Allows the profile to access and visualize the module.
    • Edit: Enables the modification of existing records.
    • Delete: Allows deleting records.
    • List records: Shows all records in the module.
    • Download: Enables the Download Excel with filter option.
    • Owner filter: Restricts visualization to records where the user is the owner (in Cases/Managements, to records where they are responsible).
    • Do not share information between profiles: Prevents the user from viewing or sharing information from other profiles.
    • WhatsApp: Authorizes the sending of WhatsApp templates.
    • SMS: Authorizes the sending of SMS templates.
    • DNC (Do Not Call): Allows managing exclusion lists for inbound and outbound calls.
    • Cannot edit owner: Restricts changing the owner of a record.

  • Once the permissions are selected, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Edit”.
  • A message will appear confirming that the changes were applied correctly.
