New Functionality in wolkvox BI: Date Filters for Queries and Exports

With this new feature, wolkvox BI now includes the ability to apply start and end date filters when performing queries and exporting historical data. Users can now define a specific time range to optimize their analyses and download only the relevant information.

If no filters are applied, the tool will continue to function as before, displaying all available information without date restrictions.

  • Optimized Exports: Avoids downloading unnecessary data volumes by working only with the desired date range.
  • Time Savings: Faster queries due to reduced data processing volume.
  • Flexibility: Users can choose to retrieve all data or apply custom filters.

 

How to Use

  • Open Power BI Desktop and load the dashboard downloaded from wolkvox Manager.
  • In the top ribbon, click "Transform Data" and select "Edit Parameters".

 

 

  1. In the pop-up window, you will see the fields: 
    • fecha_ini: Enter the start date of the range to query.
    • fecha_fin: Enter the end date of the range to query.
  2. Click "OK" to apply the changes.

Finally, refresh the visualization to load only the information within the selected date range.

 

 

New WhatsApp Catalog Template in the "Reply Chat" Component

wolkvox Studio now offers a new WhatsApp catalog template within the "Reply Chat" component (Cloud API connector). This feature allows businesses to send customers interactive and visual catalogs, designed to showcase multiple products clearly and attractively, enhancing engagement and boosting sales opportunities.

How to Use

In Wolkvox Studio, add the "Reply Chat" component to your bot flow.

  1. In the configuration panel, select the "Advanced Message" option.
  2. En la lista de plantillas disponibles, elige la nueva plantilla send catalog template (api cloud). From the list of available templates, choose the new "Send Catalog Template (API Cloud)".
  3. Load the template and customize the required parameters in the JSON: 
    1. "name_template" → Name of the template configured in Meta.
    2. "language" → Language in Meta’s accepted format (e.g., "es").
    3. "thumbnail_code" → Code of the main product displayed as the header image.
    4. "params" → Dynamic values that replace variables in the template body.
  4. Save the changes and publish your flow.

When customers interact with your WhatsApp channel, they will receive the full catalog, allowing them to explore products, view updated prices, and place orders effortlessly.
