New Section with Advanced Storage Usage Visualization

The new CRM Status section has been incorporated into the general configuration of wolkvox CRM, designed to provide greater visibility into the usage and evolution of system storage.

This new view allows for clear and centralized consultation of key information about CRM storage consumption through various visual indicators and graphs.

 

 

Within this section, it is now possible to visualize:

  • Storage Capacity: Shows the total usage of available storage in the CRM, including the percentage used and consumption thresholds that help identify the system's occupancy level.
  • Storage History: A graph that allows analyzing daily storage consumption, facilitating the identification of changes or increases in system usage. Additionally, it includes the option to download the history in Excel format for external analysis.
  • Storage Usage Over the Last 6 Months: A graph that presents a monthly summary of storage used, allowing analysis of trends and consumption growth over time.

 

These new visualizations allow CRM administrators to have greater control over the use of system resources.

New Design of the Record Detail View in wolkvox CRM

A visual redesign of the record detail view in wolkvox CRM modules has been implemented, aiming to offer a more modern, organized, and easy-to-consult interface. This improvement applies to the CRM Detail Tab, except for the Collections module.

Now, when entering a record within any CRM module, the information is presented with an optimized visual structure, including a field distribution in double columns, better visual hierarchy, and clearer identification of the consulted record.

The visualization of key elements within the record has also been optimized, such as access for WhatsApp, SMS, DNC, and the typing button, allowing for clearer navigation within the record tab.

It is important to note that this update corresponds solely to a visual improvement, so no business rules, flows, or system permissions have been modified.

 

 

 

Additionally, a new informational section has been incorporated at the top of the record, allowing for quick visualization of information related to the client or company linked to the record:

In the records of the different CRM modules, a Related Client section is displayed, where relevant data such as contact name, phone, email, and associated company are visualized.

 

 

In the Contacts module, when entering a record, a Related Company section is displayed, allowing for quick identification of the company associated with the contact.

 

 

Additionally, when configuring the fields of the modules within Customize → Modules and Fields, the field preview now more accurately reflects how they will appear in the record detail tab, facilitating CRM customization.

In wolkvox CRM, the Web Forms functionality has been completely renewed with a new interface aimed at simplifying configuration and improving management experience. This redesign reorganizes the form creation process into a clearer, more modern, and functional view, where configuration and preview coexist on a single screen.

Now, when creating a web form, the user can work more systematically on two main blocks: Form Data and Customize Form, while viewing a real-time preview of the result on the right side. This allows immediate validation of how the form will look once published as fields, texts, colors, typography, logo, and button are adjusted, facilitating a more coherent configuration from both a functional and visual perspective.

Additionally, the web forms table also maintains clear management of created forms, with direct actions to view, edit, or delete each form from the same section. All of this integrates into a more unified experience, with better information distribution and smoother navigation for wolkvox CRM administrative users.

It is important to note that this update is 100% compatible with existing forms, so web forms that were already created will continue to function correctly without affecting their current operation.
