How to configure permissions by case types in wolkvox CRM
Table of Contents
Introduction
wolkvox CRM allows you to control which user profiles can view (list) and/or modify (edit) specific case records in wolkvox CRM, in order to improve security, information privacy, and optimize workflows according to each team's responsibilities.
wolkvox CRM has implemented a new functionality: Permission Management by Case Types. This enhancement, integrated into the default configuration of the Cases module, allows administrators to precisely define access and editing permissions for different user profiles over specific case types. This ensures that sensitive information is handled only by authorized personnel and that processes remain efficient.
