New Traceability of Attachments in Emails Sent from wolkvox Agent
In wolkvox Agent, it is now possible to view attachments directly in the details of outgoing emails sent by agents, both from the email view and from the email history.
Previously, when viewing a sent email, only the message body was displayed. With this new feature, the email details now present two levels of information more clearly and separately: on one hand, the attachments that were specifically sent in that email, and on the other hand, the history of files associated with the case.
This improvement allows for more precise identification of which documents were included in a specific email and which are part of the historical context of the conversation. This way, the agent can review the traceability of shared files during management in a more organized manner, without being limited only to the written content of the email.

📌 Note: These functionalities were updated without the need to change the version of wolkvox Agent. The current version of the application remains wolkvox Agent 20260210. The functionalities of interactions and chats are independent of the main application and can be updated without the need to change the software version.
