Displaying ads in WhatsApp chats (Click to WhatsApp)
A new feature has been implemented in Wolkvox that allows advisors to view the image or video of the Facebook or Instagram ad from which a customer initiates a Click to WhatsApp conversation. This feature provides the agent with visual and content context about the origin of the interaction, improving responsiveness and service personalization.
In the Wolkvox Agent Chats section, the agent receives a message that includes both the reference image and the content of the ad from which the conversation originated.
Technical Requirements: Currently, this feature works through WhatsApp connectors integrated with Cloud API connectors.

📌 Note: These features were updated without the need to upgrade to a new version of wolkvox Agent. The current version of the application is still wolkvox Agent 20250210. The interaction and chat features are independent of the main application and can be updated without the need to upgrade the software.
