Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
In wolkvox Manager, it is not possible to delete an agent manually, as their information is linked to system metrics and reports. However, you can disable them to prevent them from accessing the platform and receiving interactions.
To disable an agent, follow these steps:
- Enter wolkvox Manager and go to the left side menu.
- Select Agents & Skills > Agents.
- Search for the agent in the listing table.
- Right-click on the agent and select Edit Information.
- In the pop-up window, find the Status option and change it to Inactive.
- Save changes.
💡 Note: A disabled agent will not be able to access wolkvox Agent or receive calls or chats. If an agent remains disabled for 6 months, the system will automatically delete their user. If you need to reuse the user before it is deleted, you can re-enable it by following the same steps and changing the status to Active.
