In which browsers and under what conditions can I use the wolkvox web applications?

Introduction
wolkvox offers the wolkvox Agent Web application (formerly called AgentBox) as a connection alternative for agents, with the same functionalities as wolkvox Agent Desktop (AgentBox-Escritorio).
Similarly, the wolkvox Manager Web application is available, a version accessible from the browser that allows administrators to manage the operation without needing local installation.
Although wolkvox Agent Web and wolkvox Agent Desktop offer the same functionalities, the same is not true for wolkvox Manager.
There are certain functionalities that are only implemented in wolkvox Manager Desktop and are not yet available in the web version, due to technical and infrastructure requirements.
For this reason, administrators are recommended to use the desktop version when it is necessary to access advanced functions or specific modules.
