Users want to know which browsers and under what conditions they can use Wolkvox web applications, especially wolkvox Agent Web (Agentbox-Web).

Wolkvox offers the wolkvox Agent Web application (Agentbox-Web) as an alternative agent connection, with the same features as wolkvox Agent Desktop (Agentbox-Desktop). To ensure an optimal experience, the following conditions must be observed:

- Our web applications (wolkvox Agent (Agentbox) and wolkvox Manager) are compatible with the following versions and browsers:
- Google Chrome: Versions 135 to 137
- Microsoft Edge: Versions 135 to 137
- Mozilla Firefox: Versions 135 to 138
- For different versions and/or browsers, wolkvox does not guarantee the correct functioning of the applications, which is why it will not provide support for any incidents that may arise.
- Device Permissions:
- It is necessary to enable permissions for the use of the microphone and webcam.
- Internet Connection:
- It is recommended to connect the workstation using an Ethernet cable.
- The use of wireless connection (WiFi) is not recommended to avoid latency or interruptions.
- Recommended equipment:
- For better call playback and recording quality, we suggest using professional call center headsets with a USB connection.
- Screen resolution:
- A minimum screen size of 1366×768 is recommended for proper viewing.
- The app is responsive and adjusts its content to the user's screen. If a section doesn't fit within the container, a side scroll bar will be enabled.
- Access restriction:
- Only users with an enabled IP address will be able to access modules and operations.
