The "3. Negative Ratings Detail" report in the "Copilot" section under "Reports" in wolkvox Manager allows you to consult which responses provided by wvx Copilot were rated as negative by the agents. This report is useful for identifying which queries did not meet the advisor's expectations, reviewing the response provided by the tool, understanding the agent's explanation, and analyzing when the usage occurred.

It is helpful for detecting opportunities to adjust the knowledge base, improving the quality of the copilot's responses, and gaining a deeper understanding of why a response was perceived as insufficient or incorrect.

 

 

Report Information

  • AGENT_ID: Indicates the extension number of the agent within the wolkvox system. This field allows identifying which advisor made the query and negatively rated the response provided by wvx Copilot.
  • QUESTION: Shows the question asked by the agent to wvx Copilot. This records the text of the query sent by the advisor.
  • ANSWER: Presents the answer provided by wvx Copilot to the agent's question. This field allows reviewing exactly what content the tool responded with, which was subsequently rated negatively.
  • EXPLANATION: Indicates the comment provided by the agent explaining why they rated the wvx Copilot response as negative. This field is key to understanding the reason for the advisor's dissatisfaction with the provided response.
  • DATE: Indicates the date and time when the tool was used and that exchange between the agent and wvx Copilot was registered.
