Introduction

The "14. Menu Options Grouped by Code" report, available in the 'Reports' > 'Diagram Reports' section of wolkvox Manager, allows you to check how many times each menu option configured in wolkvox Studio has been used and what percentage it represents of the total interactions recorded during the queried period. This report is useful for identifying which flow routes are most used by users and for analyzing the weight of each option within the overall navigation.

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

• COD_ACT: Activity code used as a menu option within the flow. This value allows identifying the specific option selected by the user during their navigation.
• DESCRIPTION_COD_ACT: Description of the activity code used as a menu option. This field shows the descriptive name associated with the code and helps understand what each route or selection within the flow represents.
• COUNT: Number of times that activity code was used as a menu option during the queried date range.
• PERCENT: Percentage of use of that menu option compared to the total interactions recorded in the report. This value is presented in percentage format and allows comparing the weight of each option within the total.

Additionally, at the end of the report, a TOTAL row is presented, consolidating the total number of uses recorded for all menu options included in the report.
