Introduction

The Closed Chats by Channel report allows you to identify how many chats were closed in each service channel within the operation. This is a useful report for quickly viewing the distribution of the volume of closed chats by channel and understanding which media concentrate the majority of the management.

 

 

Report Information

Below are the details of the fields that make up this report and what each one means:

  • CHANNEL: Indicates the channel in which the chat was managed and closed. This column can display the following values:
    • whatsapp: Chats managed through WhatsApp.
    • web: Chats from web chat widgets created in wolkvox Manager.
    • facebook: Chats from Facebook Messenger.
    • instagram: Chats from Instagram Direct.
    • telegram: Chats managed through Telegram.
    • sms: Chats or conversations managed via SMS channel.
  • INTERACTIONS: Number of closed chats corresponding to each channel listed in the report.
