Introduction

The "7. Closed Interactions by Agent and Code" report, available in the "Interactions and Chats" report group in the Reports section of wolkvox Manager, allows you to consult how many interactions each agent closed according to the activity code used to classify the result of the management.

In wolkvox, interactions correspond to emails and comments on posts from Facebook and Instagram pages integrated into the operation. These interactions arrive at the operation and can be managed by agents from wolkvox Agent.

This report is useful for analyzing the closure of interactions from a dual perspective: who closed them and with what classification they were closed. Thus, it facilitates operational tracking and productivity analysis by agent and by type of result.

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

• INTERACTIONS: Number of interactions closed by the agent with the activity code used to classify the result of the interaction.
• AGENT_NAME: Name of the agent who closed and classified the interactions.
• COD_ACT: Activity code used to classify the result of the interaction.
• DESCRIPTION_COD_ACT: Description of the activity code used to classify the result of the interaction.
