Introduction

The "6. Closed Interactions by Day" report, available in the "Interactions and Chats" report group in the Reports section of wolkvox Manager, allows you to consult how many interactions were closed per day and the total management time they represented.

In wolkvox, interactions correspond to emails and comments on posts from Facebook and Instagram pages integrated into the operation. These interactions arrive at the operation and can be managed by agents from wolkvox Agent.

This report is useful for analyzing the daily behavior of the operation, identifying days with the highest volume of closures, and reviewing the total time invested by agents in managing interactions.

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

• DATE: Date of the day grouped in the report. It corresponds to the day on which the closed interactions shown in that row are consolidated.
• INTERACTIONS: Number of interactions closed on that day.
• CLOSE_TIME: Total accumulated time spent by agents managing and closing interactions on that day.
