I want to train Wolkvox's AMD (Answer Machine Detector) system for a specific country, with the goal of improving voicemail detection and differentiating between human and automated responses.

Context / Scenarios

Wolkvox AMD is a system that identifies whether a response in the first 3 seconds of a call is from a human or a machine. This system uses a training process based on historical data of telephone numbers categorized by country, analyzing how the voice mailboxes of different telephone operators operate.

It is important to mention that the client cannot perform this training directly; it is an internal Wolkvox procedure that is carried out through the specialized Micro module.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

1. Access to the AMD module

• Log in to Wolkvox Manager with a user authorized for the Micro module.
• Go to the Campaigns section.
• Click the AMD button to load the file containing the number base to train.
• After loading, select the "AI AMD" icon.

2. Country selection

• In the AMD window, locate the "Country" field.
• Select the appropriate country from the drop-down list.
• The numbers to train will appear on the screen.
• Please verify the country and server by checking the email alerts you receive, which contain this information.

3. Number evaluation process

• Click on each number to listen to the associated audios.
• Identify the following cases:
  • Human or custom audios : Should be removed.
  • Voicemails : Need to be trained.

4. Voicemail training

• Listen to the audio associated with the voicemail.
• Records the description that indicates the audio and its operator.
  • If the operator is not identified, enter "N/A" in the corresponding field.
• Click "Save" after completing the information.
• Press the "Train AMD" button to finish the training process.

• This procedure significantly improves the accuracy of the AMD system in identifying voice mailboxes.
• Make sure to follow the alerts and guidelines sent by Wolkvox to ensure effective training.
