"Copilot - wolkvox Studio - Business Logic" is an advanced functionality that allows you to define and train the behavior of wvx Copilot in a highly structured and customized way. Instead of relying solely on a set of general instructions or documents (as in the 'default' domain), you can make wvx Copilot follow the exact logic of a flow designed by you in wolkvox Studio.
Configuration
How Does Training via a Routing Point Work?
Within the wvx Copilot configuration in wolkvox Manager (path: Configuration > wvx Copilot > Configuration), you will find the option "Copilot - wolkvox Studio - Business Logic."
- If you select "Default," wvx Copilot will use the general training provided in the "Instructions" tab (within Configuration > wvx Copilot > Copilot > Instructions).
- If you select a specific Routing Point: This is where the power of customization lies. You must choose a previously created routing point of the type "CRM + Webhook + Cron + AutoQAi + wvx Copilot." The flow you have designed within this routing point (with its components, conditional logic, variables, etc.) will become the official training and operational logic of wvx Copilot for the use cases where this specific configuration is invoked. In other words, the intelligence and behavior of wvx Copilot will be a direct execution of that flow.
