Instead of relying solely on a set of general instructions or documents (as in the 'default' domain), you can have wvx Copilot follow the exact logic of a workflow designed by you in wolkvox Studio.

How does routing point training work?

Within the wvx Copilot settings in wolkvox Manager (path: Settings > wvx Copilot > Configuration), you will find the option "Copilot - wolkvox Studio - Business Logic".

• If you select "Default", wvx Copilot will use the general training provided in the "Instructions" tab (under Settings > wvx Copilot > Copilot > Instructions).
• If you select a specific routing point: This is where the power of customization lies. You must choose a previously created routing point of the type "CRM + Webhook + Cron + AutoQAi + wvx Copilot." The flow you designed within this routing point (with its components, conditional logic, variables, etc.) will become wvx Copilot's official training and operational logic for use cases where this specific configuration is invoked. That is, wvx Copilot's intelligence and behavior will be a direct execution of that flow.
