Context / Scenarios

• Agents can work from a controlled LAN in offices or from their homes on home connections.
• The quality of service directly depends on the stability and capacity of the bandwidth available to each agent.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

Bandwidth requirements in office (controlled LAN network)

• Each agent needs 200 Kbps of synchronous bandwidth , that is, 200 Kbps uplink and 200 Kbps downlink.

Bandwidth requirements for home connection (working from home)

• We recommend at least 5Mbps of bandwidth per user , preferably on synchronous connections to ensure stability and quality.

Important notes:

• Synchronous bandwidth is ideal because it offers the same speed for both upload and download, which improves stability in calls and other interactions.
• For home connections, check that there are no other devices or users significantly consuming bandwidth, as this can affect the quality of service.
• If you experience recurring issues, it is recommended to perform speed and latency tests to identify possible limitations.
