Steps to synchronize WhatsApp templates

Open Wolkvox Manager :
- Log in to the Manager from your Wolkvox account.

Access WhatsApp settings :
- Go to the Settings section .
- Go to the Omnichannel section and select WhatsApp .

Select the desired connector :
- Within WhatsApp , find the connector you need to sync and click Edit .

Access template management :
- At the top right, click on the three dots ( ⋮ ).
- Select the “Manage Message Templates” option .

Synchronize templates :
- In the new window, scroll to the bottom.
- Click the “ Sync Templates” button.

Confirmation :
- Once the synchronization is complete, your templates will be updated and ready to use.
Important notes
- Synchronization Frequency : Perform this procedure every time you create or edit templates in Meta Business .
- Common errors : If you don't see updated templates, make sure you are connected to the correct connector and that templates are active in Meta Business .
