I need to understand the meaning and importance of the different indicators displayed in the table on the “Chats” tab in the “Chats & Interactions” section of the wolkvox Manager Dashboard.

The "Chats" tab within "Chats & Interactions" in the wolkvox Manager Dashboard presents a number of key metrics about agent activity in reference to the chats being managed.

In the "Chats" tab you can find the following indicators:

  1. Active Chats: Shows the number of chats that agents currently have open.
  2. WhatsApp Chats Closed: Indicates the number of WhatsApp chats that agents have closed.
  3. Closed Web Chats: Shows the number of web chats integrated with Wolkvox that have been closed by agents.
  4. Telegram Chats Closed: Reflects the number of Telegram chats that agents have attended and closed.
  5. Facebook Messenger Chats Closed: Indicates the number of Facebook Messenger chats that agents have closed.
  6. Instagram Chats Closed: Shows the number of Instagram chats that agents have attended and closed.
  7. Total Closed Chats: Represents the sum of all chats closed through the different channels.
