In the "Chats" tab you can find the following indicators:
- Active Chats: Shows the number of chats that agents currently have open.
- WhatsApp Chats Closed: Indicates the number of WhatsApp chats that agents have closed.
- Closed Web Chats: Shows the number of web chats integrated with Wolkvox that have been closed by agents.
- Telegram Chats Closed: Reflects the number of Telegram chats that agents have attended and closed.
- Facebook Messenger Chats Closed: Indicates the number of Facebook Messenger chats that agents have closed.
- Instagram Chats Closed: Shows the number of Instagram chats that agents have attended and closed.
- Total Closed Chats: Represents the sum of all chats closed through the different channels.
