How to export an agent report

You want to save agent performance information to an HTML file to share or analyze the data outside of WorkVox Manager.
Context / Scenarios
The Agents tab of the Dashboard in wolkvox Manager allows you to generate a detailed report on agent activity and export it in HTML format for record keeping.
Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
- Enter wolkvox Manager and go to the Dashboard section .
- Click the Agents tab .
- Perform any necessary filters to adjust the results to your needs.
- Right-click any space in the results table.
- Select the Export HTML option .
- The system will generate an HTML file with the information visible in the table.
- Download the generated file and open it in your browser or share it as needed.
This feature is ideal for generating performance reports, sharing data with other team members, or performing external analysis.
