Introduction

Activity codes in wolkvox are used to classify the outcome of operational processes: what happened at the end of a call, chat, or interaction (e.g., successful sale, subscription accepted, case resolved, etc.). With these codes, you can classify results, filter reports, and enable (or disable) their use by channel and in wolkvox Studio.

Activity Codes Section

  1. In the left sidebar menu of wolkvox Manager, go to "Activity Codes".
  2. At the top, select the group from the dropdown:
    • cod_act1 (main group)
    • cod_act2 (alternate group with fewer features)
    • Important: What you configure and the available fields depend on the selected group.

At the top of the table, you will find:

  • Refresh: Reloads the list.
  • Create Activity Code: Opens the window to create a new one.
  • Search: Filters the list by code or description (based on the entered text).

Create an Activity Code

  1. Click on "Create Activity Code".
  2. In the "Activity Codes" window, fill in:
    • Activity Code: Name/identifier of the code (this will be the "ID" of the code). After creating the activity code, you cannot change the name/ID of the already created code.
    • Description: Short text to remember its purpose.
    • Hit (yes/no): Defines if the result counts as a success.
    • RPC (yes/no): Defines if the responder corresponds to the expected contact/owner.
    • Enable in Voice (yes/no): Allows its use in voice channels.
    • Enable in Chat (yes/no): Allows its use in chat channels.
    • Enable in wolkvox Studio (yes/no): Allows its use within Studio.
    • Enable in Interactions (yes/no): Allows its use in interactions (e.g., Facebook/Instagram comments or emails).
    • Click "Save".

Edit, Delete, and Export Activity Code List

  1. Right-click on the activity code.
  2. You will have the options "Edit Activity Code", "Delete Activity Code", and "Export".

Edit an Activity Code (cod_act1)

  1. Right-click on the record and select "Edit Activity Code".
  2. Adjust the necessary fields and press "Save".
    • Key Note: When editing, the "Activity Code" field appears, but it is not editable (you cannot change the name/ID of the already created code).

Delete an Activity Code

  1. Right-click on the activity code in the table.
  2. Select "Delete Activity Code".

Export the Activity Code List

  1. Right-click on any activity code in the table.
  2. Select "Export".
  3. The system generates the table in HTML format for consultation/download.

Differences When Working with cod_act2

If you change the top dropdown to "cod_act2", you will notice changes in the table and in the editing/creation window:

In the table:

  • Fewer columns are displayed (mainly Activity Code and Description).

In the configuration, the following are available:

  • Activity Code: Name/identifier of the code (this will be the "ID" of the code). After creating the activity code, you cannot change the name/ID of the already created code.
  • Description: Short text to remember its purpose.
  • Enable in Voice (yes/no): Allows its use in voice channels.
  • Enable in wolkvox Studio (yes/no): Allows its use within wolkvox Studio.
  • Enable in Interactions (yes/no): Allows its use in interactions (e.g., Facebook/Instagram comments or emails).
  • The following fields do not appear:
    • Hit.
    • RPC.
    • Enable in Chat.
