Introduction

The "TurboSyntax Form" component in wolkvox Studio’s Agent Scripting allows you to generate custom forms to guide agents in collecting information during calls or chats—without manual HTML coding, thanks to built-in artificial intelligence.

This component uses AI to quickly create, edit, and visualize dynamic forms, reducing the need for manual design work. These forms can prompt agents for information or serve as a structured way to gather relevant customer data.

Configuration

1. Double-click the component to open its configuration panel.
2. At the bottom of the panel, click the arrow icon to expand the "Instructions to Generate Form" field.
3. In this field, write in plain language what kind of form you want to generate (e.g., "a customer feedback form with name, email, satisfaction rating, and comments").
4. Click the blue oval button on the far right. The AI will process your instruction and generate the HTML code for the form.
5. In the "Code" tab, you can view and manually edit the generated HTML if needed.

1. In the "View" tab, you can preview the final form design before saving.
   • If adjustments are needed, modify the prompt and regenerate the form.
2. Once satisfied, click "Save" to apply the changes and preserve the component’s configuration within the script flow.

Result

The form will be available as part of the script in Agent Scripting.

When an agent opens the script in wolkvox Agent, they can view and complete the form with the defined fields, enabling structured, efficient, and visually organized data collection.
