How to change an agent's status from the "Agents" tab in the Dashboard.

Symptom / Need

You need to modify an agent's status (for example, put it on Ready or disconnect it) to manage its availability efficiently.

Context / Scenarios

From the Agents tab of the Dashboard in wolkvox Manager, you can change the status of an agent to control their participation in the operation.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

  1. Enter wolkvox Manager and select the Dashboard option in the side menu.
  2. Click the Agents tab .
  3. Find the agent whose status you want to change.
  4. Right click on the agent record.
  5. Select the Change Status option .
  6. Choose one of the following options:
    • Logout : Disconnects the agent from the system.
    • Ready : Puts the agent in an available state to handle interactions.

The agent status will be updated immediately based on your selection. This action is useful for managing the operation and optimizing task distribution.
